The deposit is 1 month’s rent and fully refundable if the room is without damages of course. The lease is month to month and prefers long-term tenants. Single occupant per room. This house is free from smoking, drug, and pet. We have cleaning services once a month for common areas such as the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The room is available Sept 1. Please contact me.
