Hello Potential Roommate(s)! MUST LOVE DOGS! Mike, Johnny and I are looking for 1 roommate for our Spanish duplex w/ 4 beds + 2 baths in prime Miracle Mile central location!

The Bedrooms are big and Living room has a vaulted and beamed ceiling, fireplace, large windows. Large dining room. Remodeled kitchen with adjacent laundry room. Small Office/Library adjacent to kitchen. Remodeled bath shared with 2 showers/1 tub. New central AC unit. All new plumbing and sewer in building. Two car garage converted to storage units for the house. Close to LACMA and Museum Row, La Brea Tar Pits, weekly farmer's market, shops + restaurants.

Ender is a 2 year old Golden Retriever and he loves other dogs. Johnny has 1 year old Samoyed. Mike and I both work in Entertainment and Johnny is in IT. We're all busy, active and avid sports fans. We clean up after ourselves routinely and we'd like our new roommates to do the same.
