Beautiful Mid-City Apartment

Private room in a three bedroom/two bathroom apartment in Mid-City! The room is very spacious, easily fits a queen bed but could definitely fit a king. The apartment is incredibly open and spacious. The living room is already furnished. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all necessary appliances including a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The building is very secure and has a password protected gate at every entrance.

This place is in an ideal neighborhood. Less than a mile away from Target, Sprouts, Vons, Ralphs, and the Mid-Town Crossing Shopping Center. Although very centrally located, the immediate neighborhood is quiet and safe.

About the current roommates: both are working professionals ages 25-30. One has an adorable, well-mannered kitten.

We are looking for woman-identifying individual who is either a student or working professional. Someone who is tidy and respectful, an animal lover, and most of all friendly! No men and no couples please. Please have at least a 650 credit score or be able to provide a co-signer.
