Awesome Room For An Awesome Roommate.

We have a townhouse in Winnetka (Northridge, Canoga Park area) with a room for rent. We are pretty laid back, easy going and non-judgmental. We like our quiet time in the evenings, but also like to converse and enjoy the people around us. Along with your room is a private bath, hardwood floors, off street parking, along with kitchen and laundry privileges. There is also a treadmill and Bowflex that you are welcome to use.
