Extra large room for rent in Winnetka home

I have a extra large room for rent in my 4 bedroom home in Winnetka. $950 a month with a $200 deposit for move in. Utilities are split between 4 roommates (DWP, WiFi/cable and gas)

Looking for a very clean, quiet student or professional. I work from home and the other two roommates work and school. We are all professional, quiet and extremely respectful of work/school schedules and quiet hours. The house is very chill, no drama. We are hoping to find a great match for our house and roommates.

Bathroom is shared between you and 2 roommates. Chores are split between everyone in the house. We enjoy living in a clean home and everyone helps.

Laundry is onsite, full use of house, kitchen, grill outside and backyard as long as you take care of things.

I do have a full breed Siberian husky, very quiet and mostly outside dog. He only comes in to sit by my side while I work. He?s not allowed in other parts of the house.

Sorry, no couples, single occupancy and no pets or children.
