Small room for rent. It is the master bedroom of the house, it has a private bathroom and also has a small private kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and sink. The room also has a private entrance and a separate air conditioner from the house. Bills and Wi-Fi are included. We are looking for someone professional, responsible, and drama free. No recreational smoking or drug use. The flat rent for one person is $1,100. No pets. No couples. No washer or dryer is available for use. No overnight guests too often.
The people who live here are the owner (myself), my husband, my mother, and my daughter who is currently enrolled in CSUN.

Deposit is $500 with first and last months rent.

The room is 3.5 miles from CSUN, 2.3 miles from Pierce College, and 1.8 miles from the Topanga Plaza, and 2.3 miles from the Northridge Fashion Center.
