Cozy, beautiful room in the hills

We are a family of four. My husband works in cancer research and I am a stay at home mom. We have children. We also have dogs and a turtle.

We have a beautifully furnished, large room for rent in Woodland Hills. Private entry and parking space. Room has a king sized bed, huge walk in closet, dresser, nightstand, desk, TV, DVD player, cable, WiFi and there is a kitchenette outside of room that has a hot plate, microwave, fridge and sink, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker. Lots of cabinet space. There is a full (shared) bathroom. You will have access to private deck off of bedroom which has patio furniture for relaxing. We are located near a golf course, and there are beautiful hiking trails, which LA is known for. We are a 20 minute drive to the beaches (Malibu & Santa Monica), 30 minutes to Hollywood. Great shopping, restaurants and entertainment. No: drugs, smoking or overnight guests. Credit and background check is required.
