Fully furnished, Quiet Room, Close to Pepperdine

Fully furnished room with double bed, desk, double closet, and storage space above. House is located in a tree lined quiet section of the Woodland Hills California.

Close to stores, restaurants, and local malls. 20-minute drive to Malibu and beaches. Close to Pierce College, and Pepperdine University

You will have access to all shared areas of the home including kitchen, living room and a shared bathroom. There is also a large backyard, with gazebo and barbecue.

House is shared with me, and occasional visits from my mother and family. I work from home, However, I prefer a professional who works out of the house. I may rent another room, if so then you will share the bathroom with one to two other people.

House has central AC and heat, I try and minimize Usage but also stay comfortable. Your responsibility for utilities will be 1/4th gas, electric and water. The Internet is free. Housekeeping is provided twice a month.

I am easy-going and get along with most people. I like to socialize but I also understand if you like solitude.

I prefer easy-going people, who are responsible, clean up after themselves, and are respectful of others? space. We have a no shoes in the house policy
