This is a luxury apartment with high ceilings. It comes with washers and dryers inside the unit as well as some downstairs. The room has a TV in the room and the kitchen, living room is shared space. The property has a tennis court, GYM, pool, Jacuzzi, and a barbecue area. There is a balcony and the guest bathroom would be your specific bathroom. Because parking is limited here you would need to park on street parking. The area is super nice. We literally are minutes away from the mall, Costco, and all the food eating places are across the street. I have a house cleaner that comes 1-2x a month. Utilities which includes Internet, trash, security, water & power are separate and $100 will be added to the rent every month.
