The property is nearly ⅓ of an acre and contains 2 huge yards filled with 20 rose bushes and a verdant hillside, luscious fruit trees (lemons, oranges, apples and plums). It has a brand new salt water solar heated pool and an 8-person hot tub that is enjoyable and relaxing. The well-appointed home is luxurious with wide open spaces and plenty of opportunity for connection or quiet - whichever you prefer.

The gigantic chef's kitchen is amazing. There are two dining areas and two living rooms where you can comfortably lounge in peace. An extra bonus is the garage gym with an infrared sauna, Peloton bike with free classes, pilates reformer and other workout equipment. You might just think you are at a spa.

The gated property and neighborhood is upscale with lovely neighbors and very safe. Just a few minutes walk down the road is an adorable secluded beach. A little longer walk and you will land at Andy's Market and the boat Marina where people hang out and drink coffee or wine in the evening. Once a quarter we host a large community party at the house so you can get to know all our friends.

The home is wifi free to minimize emfs and instead every room is wired for even more reliable and fast internet connection. We prefer a scent free environment. The smart meter was removed also.
