You will get two bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom, a small private office, and parking in the garage. There is a large living room, a dining room for entertaining, and a family room off the full kitchen with a six-burner stove. The house has a small backyard furnished with seating and a fire pit, full-size laundry, and storage. It is just off HWY 101 near McGinneiss Park.
