My home is in a quiet neighborhood. My home has 2700 sq feet with 4 bedrooms 2 and 1/2 baths. I offer full kitchen privileges and have washer dryer access. The rooms I rent have no shared walls. The bathroom is shared with 2 sinks and door closure to toilet and tub.
Natividad Hospital is 10 Min away with easy access to shopping. Memorial Hospital is 15 min easy drive.
I have been renting my rooms for 6 years and have had great success with professionals in the Health Field and if possible the same.
The roommate I have now has been with me going on 3 years.
