Fort Ord Room Available

Hey,
I have a room available in the old Fort Ord military housing community. It is a medium sized room with access to a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, and bath. I am a yr old male with a yr female housemate who has her own room. I am a govt employee working at the Naval Postgraduate School. I am seeking a mature adult with a sense of cleanliness and respect for personal space. My current housemate has one medium sized dog who is very house trained. Please feel free to ask whatever you like and I will do my best to answer. Utilities will come in around $ spread throughout the month.
