Room for rent - Mission Viejo

Posting for my landlord. Looking for a fully vaccinated female roommate over age 30 to rent a room with shared bath in Mission Viejo near Alicia and Trabuco.   Dec 1 move in.

$900.  Utilities, Washer/Dryer and full use of kitchen included.   About the landlord.  She is a registered nurse and is so kind! Her home is immaculate and very well kept up.  She and I are pretty quiet and CLEAN AND NEAT .We are looking for the same qualities.

  Whoever she agrees to rent to, will strike gold with her as a live in landlord!

   First month's rent and security of $900 required  before move in. Also,  proof of income will be required.

NO CHILDREN, PETS OF ANY KIND, overnight guest OR SMOKING.  Also, must NOT work from home
