Large 4,000 square foot home in gated Aliso Viejo property with existing kind professional roommates looking for like roommate to share home. Room is 10ft x 10ft, has real wood floors, private bathroom with shower and sink. Ideal roommate would use kitchen in limited amounts. Looking for someone that works out of the home and generally keeps to themselves although all housemates are very friendly. Existing roommates are professional, one is hardly here, (travels a lot for work) the other is female and a student and professor.. She keeps to herself and is super kind and works late afternoon to late evening. I plan to be here once or twice a week.
