Located next to parks, trails, and Laguna Canyon. There is also shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to the 73 fwy and less than 10 mins away from the 5 fwy.


What's included: Private bedroom currently furnished (can also be unfurnished) with a queen size bed, dresser, good size closet, shared bathroom with a female who's only here part-time, Wi-Fi, and kitchen privileges. A desk can also be included in the room upon request. Additional utilities will be split fairly. Parking is never an issue.

Preferred tenant: Female who is responsible, considerate, honest, pays rent on time, and cleans up after oneself. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Overnight guests will have to be discussed and agreed upon prior to stay. Will consider a very well behaved pet with an extra deposit, and the pet must be able to get along with an ONLY indoor cat. **We don't allow pets to stay in the backyard, as the fencing allows for them to get through and their safety is not guaranteed. A leash is strongly advised.**

Current roommates: Work from home female and full-time female student. We are kind, courteous, tidy, and absolutely respectful of one another's privacy.

What's required: Non-refundable $40 background/credit check, recent proof of income, and valid identification. Deposit and rent required prior to move-in.
