Single Room in 3 bed house in Mission Viejo

Room for rent available in one story house. Currently two females are living here. House includes 3 bedrooms, carpet in bedrooms, washer and dryer in garage, and grassy backyard. Tobacco-free. In quiet neighborhood. About a mile and a half from Oso exit off of the 5 fwy. Restaurants and shops and hiking near by. My roommate and I are easy going and friendly. Looking for a responsible, clean, kind, non-judgmental roommate. I have a cat, but we can not allow any other pets to live in the premises.
