Driveway hold 4 cars, 2 car garage, but only my car in their untill I get it cleaned out then perhaps roomie can also park in garage?

You'll have your own small college frig for most your food but will share kitchen frig if necessary

Clean nice park 55 and older. Friendly and welcoming.

Not sure why it says double room, maybe means one bedroom and private bathroom? Am new to this site
