Must Love Dog!

Hello,
I have a room and bath available for rent. The upstairs is just 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom, but one bedroom is storage for my daughter who is on a mission trip in Africa (she and her family will visit in May). So no one else would live on the 2nd floor. There is also a large linen closet up there that is empty. The downstairs is where I live with my daughter (21, pastry chef) and my son (23, Fireman, just till his wedding in June). Most importantly, is Hope. She is a 5-year-old mixed-breed dog. She is beautiful and loving and she is great with people she knows. But she is sketchy around strangers. Herein lies my problem. Once she gets to know someone, she is the most loving dog you can imagine. But I need someone who will be patient through the process. If you like dogs, you will love Hope. Our house is about 2700 square feet, in East Anaheim, by Yorba Linda. Our only "parties" are when the family gets together for Sunday Dinners (dinner, dessert, board games or movies). Otherwise, the house is quiet.

No smoking and no drugs please.
