Bedroom Available near Downtown Anaheim

I am renting a bedroom in a modernized home that has received a fresh coat of paint inside and outside. The room I will make available is furnished with a queen-sized bed but it can be unfurnished and you share a bathroom with one other roommate. Utilities are included. I am looking for a roommate who has a somewhat active life outside the home, someone who is responsible, tidy, and easy-going. I am not in the house most of the time as I live and work out-of-state. There will be two other roommates living in the other two rooms. An open mind is important. Also, the new tenant would have a spot in the driveway.

To be considered credit and background checks will need to be completed. Also, please take the time to provide a profile with information about yourselves. I am less inclined to show my rooms for rent to those who will not provide pertinent information about themselves.

I am much more comfortable responding to persons who have taken the time to be verified or have an ad available on this platform as a renter.
