Room for rent in Anaheim

What’s up everyone my name is Lalo and my other housemate is Jose.

We are both looking for a single male to rent out the 3rd room. Our current roommate will be moving out by December 1st, 2023 and we want to get a head start in our search for the next roommate.

The house is located in West Anaheim on a large lot. Each of us will have our own parking spot on the driveway so no need to worry about street sweeping.

This house is plenty of room for 3 people and most of the time me and Jose are in our rooms gaming so the kitchen, dining room, and living room are usually always open for use.

You will be sharing a bathroom with me, however, I am very good at making sure it is well kept.

-Rent is $900/month
- Security Deposit $600
-Utilities can range $80-$150/* due every other month*
-Gas is about $10-$30 each month
-Internet - $30/month

We both
- Are in our late 20s early 30s.
- Have full time jobs with stable incomes.
- Friendly
- Into gaming
- Watch/play sports (Football, Basketball, Golf)
- Prefer no pets (easier to keep house clean)
- Clean after ourselves and typically leave no dishes in sink longer than 1-2 days.
