1- An income, 2 most recent paystubs required.

2- A copy of a valid driver's license required.

3- A $600 deposit is required upon move in. (If the room is left in a good condition, then the deposit is yours!!
If You leave without a 30 day notice the deposit is not refundable.
Cash, venmo or cashier's check. rent is due on the 1st of each month.

4- first month's rent plus the deposit is required once we agree to make the move.

Please Note; NO HARD DRUGS, No parties, No loud music during work hours, must keep the room in good condition, NO cigarettes smoking. - NO smoking blunts inside the room.
