Location Location Location! Room is in a safe, clean gated condo within a 3 min drive to the Disneyland Resort. Close to restaurants, shopping, schools and hospitals. Current roommates are both professionals who work a lot and are very quiet and private. Shared bathroom with 1 other person only. There's an extra half bathroom downstairs as well. Light cooking, no work from home. The unit has a washer/dryer. Must submit to a background/credit check. Must provide 2 months bank statements and work/rental references.
