Looking for a roommate that can move in beginning January 1st. Utilities range each month from $125-$150 on top of $900 a month for rent. There is a $900 refundable deposit due when you move in. It’s a four bedroom, two bath home. One bathroom is shared between three roommates. Washer & dryer included in the garage. Large driveway & street available for parking. Shed available for extra storage. Common areas include: backyard, living room & kitchen. House fully furnished excluding the rooms for rent. Looking for a roommate that can connect with the three other people that live in the house. We’re all friendly and outgoing. One roommate is allergic to cats but dogs are permitted.
