Looking for roomate

Master bed room for rent with bathroom, walk in closet and parking. It would be ready to move in February 1st 2023.
The apartment are like a roomate style as you can see in the picture posted, so both rooms are master bedrooms that measure 11ftx13ft You would have your own area which has sliding door. Kitchen
and living room and dining room privileges.
Preferably womem, single mom with 1 child or a couple over the age of 23. No drugs, no smokers either. Smoking isnt allowed on the whole apartment complex either, no pets. My mom is the one currently staying in the other room, she's 50 years old and has asthma so please be mindful
