Committed, responsible roommate

I live in luxurious 2 bedroom apartment. Renting the guest bedroom. it’s big enough for a king size bed and a dresser there is plenty of room left. Although the room is already furnished, it has a Queen size bed, desk , a six drawer dresser & 2 tv entertainers, i can do some modifications, if you have your own bed or other furniture. The room has big a walk-in closet with shelves for your clothes & small shelf’s for your shoes behind the door. The bathroom is right next to the room. The renting room is far from the master room so there’s be privacy!
You will have access to the kitchen and living room as well as all other luxurious
amenities!

Unfortunately I don’t have cable but I have free Wi-Fi.

I also have 2 dogs & cavachon & a chihuahua, very lovely & very very sweet, not aggressive, both very friendly. The cavachon might want to be your best friend.
This complex is a non- smoking community, if you smoke you will have to step out of the building! There is a little area where people go out there to smoke.
Also I will provide you with a underground parking spot & a key fob for the elevator gates & the amenities.

The apartment has a washer and dryer
Next to the renting a room. There’s a dish washer. All utilities are included.
The building is right next to the
55 & 99 fwy. All with in a block, there is a Starbucks, carl’s Jr. Chick-fil-A, pizza place, El Pollo Loco, a sushi place right
behind the apartment complex. And two gas stations on each corner. Within a mile you’ll see target and Walmart , Vons, Albertsons Ralph’s. Various shopping centers. We are 13 min away from the Santiago Canyon College.

If you have a small quiet pet under 7 pounds, I could make an exception,
NO cats!
No more than one guest allowed & no sleepovers.
I also would appreciate picking up after yourself.
