Anaheim Master and Private Bath

I am a single woman in my late 60's looking for a couple to take the Master Bedroom and Private Bath that will be vacant when my current roommate moves at the end of July. You will have free access to the rest of the home. The Tri-Plex I live in is 2bd, 2ba, with a two car garage. One space in the garage will be for my new roommates. I am a quiet and friendly person, who is looking for a financially secure, friendly and outgoing couple to share this apartment with. It is located in a six unit complex across from a park. All the neighbors are very friendly.
