Hello,
Renting small but comfortable room with your own bathroom private. We have occasionally guests that visit and if they need to use the restroom it would be your restroom. Need 2 be a Respectfu and Courteous person of others.
You can cook but needs to be light cooking not everyday because I am the one that pays the GAS Bill., Light Bill and Trash Bill and I don't cook everyday. Please be a clean and neat person pick up after yourself if you cook something.
We have laundry in the place you can use. Just let me know what day you will do your laundry so I make sure I don't do laundry that day.
We have 2 dogs they are friendly once they get to know you. That is why we don't want more pets as we already have 2.
If you decide to have someone come and visit you please advise us ahead of time. No sleep overs.
