House rules
This rules helps us create a clean and fair environment for everyone in the house:

- we all clean the kitchen, wash and dry dishes immediately after cooking.
- for visits we all ask before inviting people over (no overnight guests unless the person applies to be a roomate too)
- No laundry after 10 pm before 5 am
- No loud noise after 10 pm
- No smoking of any kind near the house or in the backyard
- we rotate the cleaning of the whole house every 2 weeks and the trash cans out every Thursday
- No drama, screaming, fights or violence inside the house 🙏
- 🚨 ‼️⭕️ Payment for rent is paid from the 25 to the 28 of each month. (VERY IMPORTANT 🙏🏽) ‼️ 🚨🚨

Roommates are Young professionals, friendly, respectful, clean, no drugs no tobacco.
