The place is beautiful. Washer/dryer in unit. Air conditioned. 2 patios. Large kitchen. It would be $1500 for the bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony, or $1225 for one of the bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There?s also a communal outdoor seating area as well.
The lease would ideally be for 1 year, but I?m sure you can sublet if that becomes necessary. Utilities are additional.
