Restroom only shared with 1. 1 minute from the sand and surf, blocks from the pier. We are both in our later 50’s. A third Roomate would be professionally working full time male (preferred), non smoker, no pets. We meet at least once a month for breakfast and chat. Quiet, sports minded household. The living space, kitchen are shared, bbq on patio, laundry in garage. Wi-Fi and utilities included.
