Looking for quiet, responsible female with full-time job to rent out room. Must be willing to do background check, since this will be a new year lease starting in June. 1 cat or small dog ok, but must be willing to pay pet deposit and monthly rent. I have an older, friendly, indoor cat who gets along with other animals. Apartment will be shared with me and my cat. Room unfurnished, while rest of apartment is furnished. Must keep bathroom and shared space clean. No drugs, smoking, wild parties, or drama. Large patio with garden and gorgeous sunset views available for free!
