Your own Bedroom and Bath in Dana Point

Offering a bedroom w/your own bathroom, just pay half the rent and I cover utilities and internet. Seabrook Apartments is the name of the property. Shared living space and kitchen, food/groceries is what’s mine is yours, feel free to decorate the place although I do have nice furniture already so don’t need to spend a lot on the big items, two pools and hot tubs within walking distance open all year round, 5 minute drive to the beach and harbor, super safe and quiet area. On a personal level, I work from home most of the time, I am respectful and somewhat reserved, clean (but not OCD level), and spend a lot of time near water so even when I am home, I will work from the pool or beach so you won’t always see me even when technically home. Restaurants, gyms, banks, grocery (Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s) and drug store (CVS) all within walking distance as well.
