It's a good sized bedroom with your own private bathroom located at the Aspens South Coast, right next to South Coast Plaza Mall. There are plenty of amenities including billiards lounge, fitness centers, swimming pools and spas, tennis, handball, racquetball, basketball, sand volleyball courts, saunas, community laundry facilities. I'm a very clean and easy going person, I work 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday thru Friday and play hockey & tennis 3-4x a week. I'm pretty quiet so very easy to live with. I'm looking for someone who is also clean and easy going that I can get along well with. We are the top floor (2nd story) so rarely hear any neighbor noise. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished.
