Private Room in Gated Community!

We're renting out a bedroom in our two-story home. The home has 2.5 baths, full laundry room, kitchen, garage, office, central heating/cooling, backyard, and access to the neighborhood pool/spa!

We are conveniently located close to the 91 and 5 freeways. Long Beach and Seal Beach are nearby as well!

There are 3 of us living in the home with two pets - a beagle and a cat. The animals are low maintenance and we take care of them. We're close like family, but we are happy to respect your space if you prefer! We're friendly, trustworthy, and communicate well. Although we are roommates, we treat the house as a home.
