150 square foot room, with private bathroom

This is for a single furnished bedroom with own private bathroom, you will have by yourself. 15 min walking distance to Cypress College. There is plenty of natural and recessed lighting in the room. I have a 10 y/o son who will mostly be with me Tuesday- Friday . My son and I will sleep upstairs and you will have the room down stairs. There are 2 other female tenants who reside upstairs. It is a HOA neighborhood so parking will not be an issue , and there is no street sweeping. No smoking, pets, drugs, or cooking inside the room. WiFi and laundry room access included. Light cooking is ok in the kitchen or patio as long as you clean up. Females only please. No overnight guests. I am a very sociable, polite, clean ( somewhat of a neat freak), and respectable person who expects the same. Serious inquires only. Please be able to show 2 recent pay stubs. First and last month rent , plus deposit , and $ 50 per month for utilities, due upon move in.
