My name is Jane is, a professional, respectful, reliable lady.
My house has 2 furnished bedrooms (bed, mattress, nightstand) for rent.
The rent for the master bedroom is $1,600/month.
The rent for the room with bedroom and bathroom separately (share bathroom ) is $1,400 month.
A couple will be added $200 to the monthly rent.
The rent is included utilities, internet, Netflix

I am open to the option of leasing the whole house (3-bed, 2-bath). Please let me know.

You'll have nice kitchen and living room access.

YOU MUST HAVEs
1-A copy of a valid driver's license is required. Background check and Credit Report are required.
2-A month deposit is required upon moving in. If the room is left in a good condition, then the deposit is yours!!
If you leave without a 30-day notice, the deposit is not refundable.
3- First month's rent plus the deposit is required once we agree to make the move.

Please Note: NO DRUGS, No parties, No cigarettes smoking inside the house, NO PETS/KIDS.
OVERNIGHT GUEST needs to discuss with the landlord.
Please respect other’s space, must keep the room in good condition,
