If you wish, my home is available to share with one person, a mature professional. The house is situated in a friendly, safe neighborhood in Seal Beach. The house is about 2,000 square feet. Your room is downstairs as is the private bathroom. My room is upstairs. Happy to share the living room, kitchen and laundry. There is a DirecTV connection in the bedroom ready for you to use. Present roommate is in the process of moving out but plans to be gone by the end of June.
