Lots of shops and businesses within walking distance. Central location (15 minute drive to Laguna Beach, 15 minute drive to Balboa Peninsula)
I will be traveling in July and August and would like to rent my room while i am away.
The room is furnished with a tv and lots of beautiful natural light. You'd have your own private bathroom.
Living room and kitchen is shared with one other roommate (female in her mid 30s). She has a golden retriever who loves to cuddle.
Earliest move in date is June 11. Available through end of August.
Would prefer a female roommate who is clean and respectful of common areas. Must commit to both July and August.
