2 bedrooms available in 3-bedroom Costa Mesa home

Looking for 2 roommates to take over 2 separate bedrooms in a 3-bedroom home in Costa Mesa starting September 25. It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house in the Bay Street Villas. I occupy the master bedroom that includes a private bath. The 2 rooms that are available are average sized bedrooms with ceiling fans/lights, windows, and closets. One of the bedrooms has a full-sized murphy bed that includes built in shelving that is pretty convenient. Both roommates will share the guest bathroom upstairs. The room with the Murphy bed is $950/month and the other room is $1000.

The house is great, upstairs laundry room where the bedrooms are located is very convenient, back patio with grill and patio furniture. 2 car garage plus additional parking spot next to property (every roommate is guaranteed a spot). Easy access to 55, walking distance to Triangle, short bike-ride to Newport Beach. We also have A/C which has been a life-saver lately.

About me, I'm a 30yo working in advertising, standard m-f work schedule. I go to the gym when I can and usually stay busy on the weekends. But I do enjoy coming home to a clean, relatively quiet place. I have a small dog that's chill and house trained so you must be cool with pets. I am looking for individuals (no couples, kids) that are clean, respectful, and have a stable job.
