We are a young couple (in our mid 20?s) with a small dog.

Items requested to be considered:

1. Credit Score (off Credit Karma app or mobile bank app)
2. 2 months of most recent pay stubs
3. 1st months rent and deposit equivalent to 1 month rent
4. Any Social media account (Facebook, Linked-In, IG.. etc)

You will have access to the living room, kitchen, fridge, and cookware. Please maintain clean common areas.

The room comes with one assigned parking space.

No couples, no children and no pets.
