Looking for a roommate. Room for rent in Costa Mesa, right off 19th street. About a 3 min drive to the Triangle, 55 freeway, and 5 min to Hoag, 10 mins to peninsula/Beach, 15 mins to south coast plaza, and 10 mins from Orange Coast College (OCC)...Perfect location. Tons of grocery stores around including Trader Joe's (3min).

Property is a 3 bedroom and one bathroom house.

Looking for a friendly, clean, and responsible professional or student. No drugs (including pot), loud music, or excessive drinking/partying.

Rooms have a standard size closet. The room comfortably fits a queen size bed, two night stands, a long vertical dresser, and tall horizontal dresser.

Offering a 6 month lease agreement that will translate to month-to-month thereafter. Must give a 30 day written notice.

Utilities are included... gas, electricity, water, trash, and WiFi.

Deposit of $500 and first month's rent to move in. No credit check but will need proof of work and income. Looking to fill the spots.
Room can be viewed via FaceTime or in person.
