Looking For A Responsible Roommate

hi! we're looking for a responsible roommate for the upstairs area to room with my male roommate. we're all laidback and chill. rent is about 550-650 depending on how much utilities we use that month, there are 5 of us, consisting of 2 females & 3 males. it is a 3bdrm & 2bthrm unit at harbor at mesa verde in costa mesa. rent is usually around ~$550-$580 w/ utilities, but depending on how much we use that much, rent can rise or descend, highest it would go is around ~$600-$650. it?ll be a shared room, the place is already furnished. we have an extra bed frame & mattress if you?re in need of one. if interested & have any questions pls message me! thank you
