This room is for one person, no couples. Shared bathroom with one roommate. We have a mellow cat, so no more pets please. No overnight guests and no visitors without notification. It is Ok if you like to socialize and go to parties, but please do not bring the party home.

We are independent, open to honest communication with no drama and keep healthy boundaries. We love a peaceful and clean environment that is smoke/ drug / stress free. We want to preserve the tranquility of this place and would appreciate it if you do too.

What we are looking for:
*A clean, respectful, responsible person, able to pay rent on time.
*Healthy and positive mindset, practicing personal development and/or spirituality.
*Proof of full time employment (Not working from home).
*Clean background and compatible with the environment described above.
*Able to commit to a minimum 6-8 months lease that can become a month-to-month agreement after that.
