Room with private bath

Hello,

I have a downstairs room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in downtown Costa Mesa. The room is 12’6” x 12’3” with a private attached full bathroom. The other two rooms are occupied by myself (female, 25) and another roommate (female, 35) and located upstairs. We both work full time in the cannabis industry, so you must be okay with this. You will have full access to all common areas and a parking spot in the garage. The garage also has a washer and dryer! We have also have a patio and a brand new fridge. The house is old (built in 1963) but the area is wonderful and the neighbors are all super nice. The complex has a grassy courtyard and a pool. We are looking for another female to fill the room, it is available now. Sorry no pets!
