AtWater Cove Apartment Bedroom with Private Bath

I’m looking for one male or female roommate to take over my room in my 2b/2b apartment in Costa Mesa. The room is available in March 1st. I’d like to fill the room soon. You will need to sign the lease with my roommate for 1 year.

The apartment is on the third floor and a corner unit meaning only one wall is shared with neighbors. The apartment has an in-unit dishwasher and fridge and comes with one assigned parking spot and one garage.

My roommate is an admin professional and works full-time in the automotive industry. She has two wonderful orange cats that look like Garfield and are super cuddly. she rarely has people over and if she's not going to see her friends, she will usually get together at one of their homes. She would prefer a roommate with no pets.

Utilities are not included and are typically around $100 or less per person each month.
