New house in Costa Mesa near the beach!

I am looking for a roommate for my new home in Costa Mesa that I purchased a year ago. It is a brand-new house in a gated community near triangle square. Super close to Newport beach, takes me 8 minutes in a car. I am a working professional, no pets, no kids but in a committed relationship. I am usually gone at least 3-4 nights a week staying at my partner's house. I am looking for another likeminded female roommate that is a working professional. I don't want anyone to be throwing parties at the house (been there, done that in my life) Looking for someone that is super clean and will respect the house and clean up after themselves. You will have full access to the house, garage, patio, laundry room etc. It will be your home as well as my home. it is a three-story house so you will definitely get a workout in. I also do standup comedy in my spare time, so I do travel here and there for work and comedy. Just want someone respectful, reliable, and honest.
