Room for Rent in Costa Mesa $1,000

Available March 1st, will have a room for rent in Costa Mesa in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and in the back corner of complex, so it stays relatively cool inside. Looking for a good fit personality wise. Included pictures of the place currently to see the layout of the apartment, included a link to my Instagram also to get a feel of personality and if a good fit. Go to concerts, art exhibits, comic conventions and like to stay active outside of work but will have lazy days watching T. V. too. (Pre Covid)

Overnight guests are welcome but within reason. Guess it has to be said that the room is for 1 person also, not looking for 2 new roommates.
