Great roommates, all young professionals and students in their 20s. Everyone is nice and chill. Home is conveniently located, less than 5 minutes to major freeways (405, 72 and 55), UCI, OCC and South Coast Plaza. Lots of restaurants/grocery stores near by. Plenty of street parking. All utilities included up to $150 per bill per month. There are 6 rooms and 4 bathrooms in the home.

Please note owners are waiting for city permit to do renovation in the front yard, right now front yard is dated. There is a large backyard and a permitted sunroom in the back. Short term lease or long term lease ok, short term rental will have a higher price per room.

Shared full house privilege with other roommates, including kitchen, laundry, living room, dinning room, backyard, etc. One roommate has a cat upstairs that doesn't leave her room. Couples are ok, additional $200/months for double occupancy. Short term rental over 30 days can be considered at a higher price point.
