Master Suite in Costa Mesa

Looking for someone to take over when my roommate moves out between 3/15 and 4/1. I work from home and have a small, friendly, dog. The unit is perfectly located for easy access to beach cities, downtown Costa Mesa, or Irvine. 10 minutes from airport. I keep a clean/organized place that’s chill if it’s “lived in”. I cook a lot at home and my partner comes over a few nights a week. We entertain from time to time but it’s usually just me and him. I’m usually in bed by 10 or 11pm and up by 8am or earlier. I don’t smoke or drink but I’m open to respectful drinkers/smokers
